After choosing the videogram option you would like, at check out we will ask you to collaborate by giving us information about the recipient that we can then use to personalize your greeting. Things like nicknames, pet peeves, embarrassing moments and aspirations will help us shape our creation.

We welcome notes about the general tone and feel you would like us to convey. Our only stipulation is that the message be a positive one (sorry, no matter how much they may deserve it, we won’t send a videogram to your ex about how dreadful they are and how they really deserve whatever horrible fate is coming their way).

We record our videograms every few days, but we can sometimes accommodate rush orders. Feel free to ask.

After we create your videogram, we will send you a link with a password for you to preview it on our website. If you love it, we will enable downloading so that you can send it to the recipient.
